Tour Policy

Day 1: ARRIVAL YANGON (D)
    Welcome by our tour guide upon arrival at Yangon International Airport. Transfer to hotel and take a few hours for refreshment. Evening tour begins with the most magnificent and spectacular Shwedagon Pagoda before the sun set and enjoy the beauty of Stupa while it changes the shining of gold in different tones according to the radiant of the setting sun.
    Dine at local restaurant and overnight in Yangon.

Day 2: YANGON-BAGO-KYAITHTIYO (B/L/D)
    After breakfast at hotel, drive to Bago, the Ancient Mon Capital, visit the reclining ShweThaLyaung Buddha Images, built in 994 AD by King Mingadippa, 55 meters long and 16 meters high, another biggest reclining Buddha image in Myanmar built during 9th Century. Tour extend to Kyaikhtiyo, the Golden Rock Pagoda, a huge boulder completely covered by gold leaves stands precariously on the edge of a cliff. From Kin Pun base camp, take an open truck which is compulsory through a steep winding11 km road which leads to the upper staging point. From the “upper area”, travellers must at present walk the final stage, approximately 4 km up-steep paths, which ascend some 500m to the Pagoda platform. As an easier alternative to walking, visitors can be carried in sedan chairs by four porters at an extra cost of approximately US$ 38 per pax. Enjoy the beauty of sunset or dawn over the mountain ranges from the platform of Golden Rock Pagoda or from hotel.
    Overnight at Kyaikhtiyo.

Day 3: KYAITHTIYO-BAGO-YANGON (B/L/D)
    After breakfast, descend from Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda. Drive back to Bago, visit Bago Market, where we can see the ways of life of local people and buy local products. Sightseeing includes “Kanbawzathardi Palace” the famous palace of the Emperor of the Second Myanmar Kingdom (1551-1581 A.D). Proceed to Shwemawdaw Pagoda, originally built by the Mons to a height to 23 meters in the 8th century and was rebuilt higher several times until it finally reached its present 114 meter stature in 1954. Lunch at local restaurant in Bago. After touring at Bago, return back to Yangon. Upon arrival, Transfer to hotel for refreshment, Visit China Town, where can enjoy foods and shopping.  Free at leisure at China Town until Dinner time. Dine at local restaurant.
    Overnight in Yangon.

Day 4: YANGON – MANDALAY BY FLIGHT (B/L/D)
    After breakfast, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Mandalay. On arrival, transfer to hotel for check-in. Proceed directly to Amarapura. Visit MAHAGANDAYON, a famous Buddhist monastery, where more than a thousand monks live and study Buddhism; continue to the 200-year-old U BEIN teak bridge, built in 1782 at the time when Amarapura was the Royal Capital. Enroute stop at a traditional hand-weaving silk workshop. Afternoon sightseeing tour includes MAHAMUNI PAGODA with its spectacular Buddha image covered with thick layers of gold leaves and visit to the Gold Leaf Workshop and Tapestry Workshop. Then, to SHWE NAN DAW KYAUNG(GOLDEN PALACE MONASTERY), a superb example of a traditional wooden building and KUTHODAW PAGODA, known as the world’s largest book, consisting of 729 marble slabs sculpted with the Three Baskets of Buddhist scriptures. Enjoy sunset on the Mandalay Hill.
    Dine at local restaurant and overnight in Mandalay.

Day 5: MANDLAY – INLE  BY FLIGHT (B/L/D)
    Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Heho. From Heho, a scenic one-hour scenic drive leads to NyaungShwe, the gateway village to Inle Lake. Along the way, stop at the teak monastery of Shweyanpyay to see the intricate artwork and craftsmanship of wood carving. Upon reaching the edges of Inle Lake, board a private motorboat to head out to Inle Lake, one of Myanmar’s most spectacular sights. Pass villages built on stilts over the lake, inhabited by the local Intha people. Observe the leg-rowing fishermen and see their floating gardens built up from strips of water hyacinth and mud and anchored to the bottom with bamboo poles. Visit NgaHpeChaung Monastery, which houses dozens of Shan Buddha Images, but is more famous for its unique ‘jumping cats’ that jump through hoops in the air! Continue to PhaungDawOo Pagoda, the lake’s main sanctuary, which contains five sacred Buddha images covered in gold leaf. Explore the local crafts of Inle Lake with a stop at the weaving village of Innpawkhone and a cheroot factory, where the typical Burmese cigars are made by hand.
    Overnight in Inle.

Day 6: INLE-YANGON BY FLIGHT (B/L/D)
    After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Yangon. Upon Arrival, visit LawkaChantha Abaya Lahba Muni meaning Buddha blessing the whole Universe, being healthy, wealthy and free from danger. From there, a few metres away, visit the house of the three Royal White Elephants. Lunch at local restaurant . Transfer to hotel. Visit Chaukhtatgyi huge reclining Buddha Image with eyes look natural. Shopping tour to Taw Win Centre Shopping Mall. Proceed to Kandawgyi Royal Lake, enjoying the peace and tranquil under the shading trees, listening to the singing of birds. Take photographs with Karaweik Royal Barge and Kandawgyi Royal Lake.  Then, transfer to hotel and dine at local restaurant.
    Overnight in Yangon.  

Day 7: YANGON DEPARTURE (B/L)
    Breakfast at hotel. Sightseeing to the city centre including City Hall, Sule Pagoda. MahaBandoola Park, and Independence  Monument. Shopping at Bogyoke Market (Scott) Market with hundreds of food, clothes, handicrafts and gems stores. Lunch at local restaurant. Then, transfer to International airport for departure “HOME SWEET HOME”.
